Facilities at Painters Forstal Community Hall

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Whole Hall

Capacity: 80 people
Pricing: £20.00 per hour

Only completed in spring 2023, the state-of-the-art building boasts modern amenities and ample space for all sorts of activities. The large, versatile main hall can be divided into two completely separate rooms for smaller functions.
Floor to ceiling bi-folding doors open out on to a covered patio area and a beautiful, enclosed garden area looking over the surrounding fields. It is the perfect venue for any party, meeting, class or event.

Half Hall (1)

Capacity: 40 people
Pricing: £10.00 per hour

If you are looking for a more compact venue to host a smaller gathering, then hiring half the hall is the ideal solution. Separated from the second hall by a soundproof, dividing wall it still offers an elegant and adaptable event space with tasteful decor and ample natural light.

It can also be hired alongside the second hall if you are looking to host two different events that need to be separated.

Half Hall (2)

Capacity: 40 people

Hall 2, the counterpart to Hall 1, is a spacious and versatile event area located within the Main Hall complex. It shares the same elegant design elements and advanced amenities, ensuring a seamless transition between the two spaces. The welcoming atmosphere is created by its high ceilings and abundant natural light. Hall 2 also offers child facilities and a small storage room.
